Turn the crank over until the rod journal of the cylinder you are about
to put the piston in is down. Oil the rings and the piston liberally then
use your ring compressor to slowly compress the rings until the compressor
band is tight against the piston. Now carefully lower the rod/piston assembly
into the cylinder. Remember to have your rod bolt sleeves in place!
